  Where do I even begin? Deluxe Glass, you're my heroes! 🦸‍♂️ I swear, when a rock chip hit my windshield, it looked like a tiny meteor had crash-landed on it! But fear not, for Deluxe Glass came to my rescue and turned this cosmic disaster into a happily-ever-after.
First of all, let me commend their customer service. From the moment I reached out to them, Chris was friendly and empathetic. He understood the gravity of my situation and assured me that my windshield would be back in shape in no time. I had my windshield fixed in less than 24 hours. A.MAZE.BALLS.
Watching the technician work was like witnessing a cosmic ballet. He handled the repair with such finesse and speed. I'm pretty sure he broke a Guinness world record with how fast he fixed my windshield. I'm happy with the price and the quality.   I know a hard worker when I see one and Chris at Deluxe Auto NW has a maniacal work ethic. Unfortunately, I woke up in the morning with a smashed windshield due to vehicular vandalism. As I was frantically searching around to see if anybody in the PDX area could replace it at a decent price and in a timely manner, I hit roadblock after roadblock. That's when I submitted a proposal on Yelp and was instantly contacted by Chris from Deluxe Auto NW. Not only did Chris offer a fair price on the windshield replacement, he was able to offer same day replacement. For context, Safelite, quoted but reached out to me the next day to even just schedule an appointment. 12 hours later, Chris was on his way to my residence to replace my windshield and the level of care and attention he put into the replacement even after a long and hectic day for him made me a firm believer in Deluxe Auto NW and would recommend to any of my friends & family looking for window repair/replacement needs, thank you Chris!
